'Lo, folks. Got a little problem here... I've got an application I've been putting together for some time now and it has grown considerably over the years. The problem is now that it's become too big for standard 640K machines. In order to work around this limit, I'm considering a shot at using overlays and thus, my questions: 1) Does Borland's Turbo C 2.0 compiler support the creation of overlays? I am aware that Turbo Link does not support overlays, but is it possible or practical to use Turbo C to compile and MS-DOS link to link the files? Has anyone done this? 2) Does anyone have any interesting tips or "Things To Do and Not To Do" on the topic of overlays on MS-DOS machines? I'm treading in unknown territory, and any pointers would be appreciated. E-mail is suggested; the interesting items I'll condense and post later.
