[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Xebec controller?

misko@abhg.UUCP (William Miskovetz) (05/30/89)

A friend of mine purchased some equipment at an auction and got something
neither he or I know what it is. Our best guess is that it is a SCSI
controller. If someone recognizes this, I would appreciate a note. If
they have the manual, even better. Thanks.

The board is an XT type board (8 bit bus). It has a 50 pin connector on
it and on the back it has a 25 pin female connector. The board says
Xebec on it (they're out of business right?) and we are guessing that
the model number is 1437. Other than that, not much special about it.
It has a Xebec ROM (104603 B) and and FCC ID on it. The only other
number on it is 107196H/A.

Anyway, if this is indeed a SCSI controller or if someone can identify it,
I would appreciate the help. Thanks again.
