About two months ago, I posted a question about checksum/CRC algorithms. Well, better late than never, I'd like to thank all those who replied. The solution I adopted was to use the CRC routines built into Blaise Computing's TurboASYNC Plus package, which I purchased for its serial port handling expertise. Here's who has the know-how on CRC's: --Keith Petersen Maintainer of the CP/M & MSDOS archives at wsmr-simtel20.army.mil [26.0.0.74] DDN: w8sdz@wsmr-simtel20.army.mil Uucp: {ames,decwrl,harvard,rutgers,ucbvax,uunet}!wsmr-simtel20.army.mil!w8sdz From: Ken Yap <ken@cs.rochester.edu> From: Abdullah Al-Dhelaan <dhelaan@mist.cs.orst.edu> Chip Rosenthal chip@vector.UUCP | -------- watch this space -------- Dallas Semiconductor 214-450-5337 | - real domain address coming soon - _______________________________________________________________ < Randy O'Meara -- LMSC -- SCF > < {pyramid, leadsv}!oetl!randy PHONE: (408) 425-6249 > <_______________________________________________________________> From: englandr@phoenix.Princeton.EDU (Scott Englander) From: kim@mstar.UUCP (Kim Toms) From: mpalumbo@cs.buffalo.edu (Michael Palumbo) From: murray@src.dec.com (Hal Murray) and I am ______________________________________________________________________________ Martin Thurn | Gods are like that.
