[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Anyone ever used MS C off of floppy?

antony@lbl-csam.arpa (Antony A. Courtney) (06/01/89)

I have obtained a copy of Microsoft C 5.0. Is there some way to make it work
with just 2 floppy drives? I have a NEC Multispeed EL II with 2 720k drives.
Unfortunately, there is no way I can install a hard drive. Any suggestions
are greatly appreicated. I do not subscribe to this newsgroup, so please
respond via email. Thanks!

If you had bought the copyrighted software, then you would have the manual
which tells you how to set it up to work off two floppies. Its not
difficult, its just very involved.
