Does anyone know how to fix an (apparent) bug in PROCOMM 2.4.2 that gives a less than pleasing VT-100 or ANSI-BBS emulation when operating as a terminal (in this case to a VAX 8550) and accessing NEWS. The screen display does not scroll correctly, and although the new text is displayed, the previous message is not cleared, and appears wherever there are there are blank or unfinished lines in the new message. Also the screen background colors are unpredictable, and the normally blue bcakground gets arbitrarily changed back to black. I apologize if this has already been discussed ad nauseum on this network, but I am a relatively new to this game, and probably missed it. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
