We would like to use a Fujitsu 85MB hard drive with our NCR PC-8s. This is an AT compatible machine. Unfortunately, the defined disk drive types in the setup do not support this drive. Does someone know of a way around this problem for the AT and similar machines? Please reply by email if possible, or post if not. Thanks, Dick Rozenko

Could someone please send me information regarding disk drive controllers in PC AT class machines? I am interested in options, eg. ESDI, RLL, SCSI and the "standard interface", whatever that is. What are the limitations of each type of controller in maximum disk size? How do the CMOS Ram and the setup program handle the different controllers?
