[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Looking for rack mount PC's

cors@moore.seas.upenn.edu (Curtis Organ Restoration Society) (06/02/89)

We are presently searching for a source for 19" rack mountable PC's
or 19" rack cases for PC's. The ideal product would be a complete
system, cpu, monitor, disk drives, and the like in a rack mount case,
with the keyboard in a pull out drawer. Rack height is not a problem.
Any information on complete systems, cases, kits, suppliers, etc. would
be greatly appreciated.

Please respond by email since I don't subscribe to these newsgroups.

thanks in advance,

Pick up a copy of 'Keyboard' or 'electronic Musician' magazine. There
are usually ads from several companies for these babies....

They advertise in PC Mag. They have rack mounts probably using their own PC on
a card and passive bus. I don't have any experience with them, but I have
their catalog. They try to have some useful info in the catalog; the last half
of the catalog is full of useful tables. Boy it's that nice; must be trying to
have us hang on the catalog for a while. ;).
