Recently, I read in one of the rags of a new optically driven floppy drive which allows for 10meg to be stored on a 3.5 in floppy. They supposedly use the optical portion to more accurately position the head thereby allowing finer pitch of the tracks. Does anyone know if this drive has been adapted for use in a pc environment?? If so how could one get more information in terms of cost,system requirements, etc..?? I will post summary if you wish to email info.
