[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Turbo Pascal 5.0 and the tiny memmory module

Does anyone know how to create files in the tiny memmory module with
Turbo Pascal 5.0 so that they can be converted to *.com files?  Does
TP 5.5 support this?  I'm using tpc not turbo for my compiles if that
makes any differense.
