When I move my Logitech Hi-Rez mouse to the LEFT, it does so, but it intermittently takes jumps back to the right as it moves. I've seen the mouse work flawlessly on other systems. I have an AT clone. It has a Hercules/parallel port card (may be a clone card), and a floppy/hard disk controller. I had a multi-I/O card which seemed to conflict with the mouse's interrupts (the pointer would FLY to the right and stay there). I have taken that card out, and now the mouse works okay except for the intermittent jumping. The multi-I/O card may have been for XT's only... The jumping sometimes lessens in frequency after the system has been on a while. Where can I go to find out what is causing this? It is probably an intermittent spurious interrupt from something else. But what???
