As the LAN Co-ordinator in my department, I need to add some Toshiba lap- tops (a T3100 and several T1100 Plus machines) to our LAN (IBM Token Ring). I've tried a product called the WonUnder from Connect Computer; however, it doesn't have an internal power supply. The laptop will provide up to 600 mA to an expansion card; IBM's Token Ring adapter apparantly needs 1400 mA or more! Therefore, I am looking at expansion chassis units with their own power supplies.
