I dunno how this here net takes to requests for info en masse, but I'm gonna
try anyway.
We here at the University of Miami are looking real hard at getting a scanner
with OCR capabilities and OCR software. If you know anything about such stuff
and would like an opportunity to impress others with your vast amounts of
knowledge, now's your chance. Please MAIL (don't post, I don't always read
some of the groups I posted to. If there's enough requests for it, I'll
summarize) what you know to:
scanner@umiami.miami.edu
And don't censor yourself if you think it might be too big ot too expensive.
We have people (lots of, too!) here for that.
