[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Need termcap entry for IBM-AT ANSI.SYS

Here's the set-up:

 Michada 286 running PC-NFS (v. 3.0 ?) over thin ethernet 
 to a sun 3/60 with Sun/OS 3.5

Here's the problem:

 The VT-100 emulator in telnet handles screen updates perfectly well. 
 However, it steals many, many keys from me, e.g., by masking 
 the high bit.  

A solution:

 Run PC-NFS without terminal emulation.  Unfortunately, programs like
 GNU Emacs won't run because my terminal is now too dumb.

What I need:

 A termcap entry for the ANSI standard (ANSI.SYS device driver).
