[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Palette select for Video7 VRAM 256 colors

I am using a Video7 VRAM card in one of the modes that
provides 256 colors. What I need to know is how to select
the 256 colors that will be displayed i.e. how do you
specify the palette entries?
