There are lots of places that advertise chips in the back of Byte or PC Magazine or PC Week. Two that claim to have chips for Dell 310's are Microprocessors Unlimited and Memory Masters. You apparently must have 80 nsec simms which are "low profile" also known as "SOJ". I have ordered but not tested. The price was $185 to $199 per simm. Doug McDonald
