I've seen some postings about various boards that allow an HP Laserjet+
or compatible to be used as a Postscript printer - but I'm sure I've
missed many others on this topic so if this has been hacked to death
recently perhaps someone could send me a summary.
I'd like to know how these products compare with using a real Postscript
printer - esp. on cost, speed, print quality. I've read a few mag articles
that recommended these boards as being a good idea but someone told me that
they do not give very good print quality (eq. jagged curves). Any comments
and/or recommendations for specific products?
Is there anything that allows Postscript printing on a dot-matrix printer?
How about on a non-HP compatible laser printer?
