[comp.sys.ibm.pc] 1.44meg drive in old IBM AT

I need some help in determining whether it is feasible to install a 3.5"
- 1.44MB floppy disk drive in an old (1985 BIOS, 6 Mhz) True Blue AT. I would
like to have it installed as drive B with a 1.2MB drive as Drive A. I can
get my hands on a TEAC FD-235HF-117. Can it be made to work with this old
of a AT? Will the BIOS need to be upgraded? Will it be necessary to
upgrade to DOS 3.3 OR higher? I have heard about a Bastech SW utility that
works with a the Toshiba ND-356 3.5" FD. Can this Software be used with
the the TEAC drive? Does DOS 3.3 or 4.01 have a software driver that can
be used with the old AT BIOS? I have an Ariel Speedinjector installed to
take this old beast up to 8+ Mhz. Will this cause a problem? I need all
the help I can get an and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.
