[comp.sys.ibm.pc] 360K diskettes in 1.2M drives

As you know it is possible to format 360K diskettes in most 1.2M drives,
and also to write to them.

This may cause problems, since those diskettes are often hard to read in
other drives. I recently heard of a utility that would give a more reliable
formatting/writing of 360K diskettes in 1.2M drives. 

Can somebody tell me where/how to find this utility. I do not know the name
of it.

Please do not reply "check your local BBS" - there are NO BSSs in Iceland.
