Sorry about the wrong topic - I got not a single reply from net.sources.wanted ! *********************************************************** Does anyone have sources for the Berkeley 'directory(3)' routines (i.e. opendir, readdir etc.) which run under System V ?? This means they must emulate the BSD structure including the d_namlen and d_reclen fields AND terminate the name field with a nullbyte. As far as I can see, one must declare a static struct and move the simpler S V info across, checking the name length. Some people surely have done this, since they're used in EUUG-UUCP (in anlwrk.c for example) so help to save me reinventing the wheel would be greatly appreciated !
