[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Recommendation needed for C compiler & assembler

I am looking for C compiler & assembler for AT (80386) to write boot PROM
code (like BIOS).  The code will be in both C and assembly language.

If you know any good compiler to do this, please let me know.
