[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Tandon TM-252

mike@relgyro.stanford.edu (Mike Macgirvin) (08/15/89)

I have this hard disk, but I don't know anything about it.
It's a Tandon TM-252. What I need is the usual cylinders,heads,
write pre-comp, etc. Anybody know anything about it?
Related note: If somebody has a cross listing of drive info
for major manufacturers, that would also be appreciated. I've got a
little info on Seagates, but there's still several drives here in
the cabinet that I might be able to use, if I could figure out the
formatting info....
thanx,

I have sent Mike (through netmail) a file called DRIVES.LST which I
downloaded from a local BBS. It provides all of the necessary information
for just about any type of hard drive available. If there is enough interest
I will submit it to cbip.
