Hi, A friend is looking into buying a clone. The ultimate gole is to extend the system to use AutoCad, with a VGA screen, Math coprocessor etc. The basic configuration he's interested in is : 16Hz,1MB Ram and a 40MB hardisk. There are a lot of offers out there, some were from companies or rather from individuals who work out of their homes... My first instinct was that since he is eventually going to invest a lot of money in the system, he'd be better off buying the clone from a known dealer/company, and this ofcourse was the motivation to turn to the net. I'd appreciate any recommendations or advice that you can give me... Which are relatively safer deals? what to watch out for and so on etc. Specifically if you have experience with running AutoCad your response would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance. Eyal
