Hi guys, as with most postings, I need some help. I have recieved two 'network' cards, but alas no software/manuals/guidance. The cards are pc-HiNet adapter cards made by a company called "digital microsystems (inc.)||(ltd.) . I found an address in wokingham, berks. (UK) and a phone number, but alas no ringing on the phone, and directory enquiries have not heard of the company. Can anybody out there help me, either with and address, or if the company is know to have gone under maybe software/manuals/references. The only other things I know are they act as a host/client network( ugh!, does that mean one pc becomes a drone? ), and you can have upto 64 of the little beasts. ... is it possible to plug 2 pc's back to back, or do I need a repeater/bus/host.
