It's possible to get files from SIMTEL with email command like
'send index' or something like that?
And, of course, how to do?

Yes.

I know two fileservers, listserv@vm1.nodak.edu and
listserv@vm.ecs.rpi.edu, which you can send requests for files.

Just send a message like for example

/PDGET PD:<MSDOS.GIF>MOUSE.GIF

or, if you want a directory listing,

/PDDIR PD:<MSDOS.*>*.arc 14

if you want to know all msdos arc files (for example) that
are less than 14 days old.

You can get about 100k per day per person.
