[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Backup of hard disk on video cassette recorder

Does anyone know of a system, that does hard disk backup on a video
cassette recorder (VHS) instead of using a tape streamer ?
Such a device would be quite useful for many home installations,
because VCRs are much more widespread than streamers .... .
