I have just changed the lithium battery in my 286 clone. After closing the case, I turned it on and got the usual message: "Invalid set-up, run set-up press F1" I inserted the setup disk in drive A: and I got the message: "Cannot clear CMOS RAM" "Invalid drive specification" So basically, the machine will not boot anymore neither from the floppy, nor from the hard drive. Any ideas on how to get it to at least recognize the A: drive? so I can run setup. Tks Alan Arnaud (arnaud@angate.att.com)
