I have a 12 Mhz 0 wait 80286 baby AT motherboard made by Zentech
(the board is a ZEN-160B). It can hold up to 1 Meg of 256k dips or 4
Meg of 1M dips. The user's manual mentions an EMS.SYS driver, but I
did not get one with the board, and have not succeeded in getting one
from the dealer.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can find a driver?
Will I be able to use this as LIM-EMS 4.0?
Will a driver meant for another machine have any chance of
working on this one?
Does anyone have any very fast 411000 Dips for sale or trade? I
only really need 100ns chips, but would like to get 80ns or better
just in case I end up needing them for another machine later.
If someone wants to trade, I have some new Intel Above Board
LIM-EMS 4.0 memory boards, and some 80287-6 and 80287-8 coprocessors.
Replies by e-mail would be best, but I will try to read this
group regularly as well. (Our server is quite flakey...)
