(This is a repost from a few weeks ago. Our system had problems posting
to USENET so I dont' think this made it out. If you've seen this before,
please excuse the repetition.)
In a recent issue of PC WEEK (9-4-89, v.6, no.35) I read an analysis
by Peter Coffee, that caught my interest. Mr. Coffee briefly discussed
Borland's memory managment system, VROOMM (acronym for Virtual Real-Time
Object-Oriented Memory Manager).
I'd like to know more about this "technology". Can anyone out in
USENET-space send me references for journals and/or textbooks that contain
information about VROOMM, or related memory management schemes? If there
is sufficient interest, I'll post a summary of the information I receive.
