In April, I got a copy of LITES.COM.  It's a TSR that displays the
information usually provided by lites on external modems from PC
Magazine.  I couldn't get the early version to work.  A recent letter
to the editor from a satisfied user of the newest version made no
mention of the issue in which the code modifications were described.

I don't want to establish a Compuserve account.  Can anyone help me
with:

   1. the PC magazine issue number or volume in which the mods were
discussed

   2. the name of the new edition on SIMTEL which I can get via ftp

   3. another source for the modified code
