Such a TSR is already available from Skisoft, somewhere in Vermont, for $40. (I didn't want to pay, so just fixed my own Kermit and Sprint.) A very smart price, much less what what it would cost yourself in time, but much more than it is worth in mass production. It should just be licensed and distributed free by laptop manufacturers. Also I heard rumor here once of a program HOTCUR which supposedly was distributed on Simtel, but could not find it. Jordan
