[net.movies] firefox, cultural relevance

In FIREFOX Clint Eastwood portrays a Viet Nam era pilot who, while a
POW had a traumatic experience leading to the now famous delayed
fatigue syndrome (real name unknown). Some flashbacks, very similar
to MAGNUM P.I. try to demonstrate the effects of the malady to those
of us who were not there and are therefore uneffected. For this effort
Producer/Director Eastwood deserves much credit. The social value of
the film may exceed its mild entertainment value.

	I must admit, I drove away from the theatre very fast. No doubt
a result of the low flying, high speed chase that I waited an hour to see.
