 *.h and *.c files?

Yes!

On your unix (or other) system you need to have a program named "uudecode".
You then type:

  uudecode windows.uue

and voila, you get windows.zoo which you unpack by typing:

  zoo x windows.zoo

and then you have the contents of the windowing package, source & doc.
