That could very well have been a VIC-20. After all, Shatner has made commercials for them, and I'm sure Commodore would just love to have its product known as "the one Captain Kirk uses on the Enterprise". This kind of association would likely mean big $$ for Commodore, since a lot of people who will go to see STII are technologically literate to the point where they will be in the market for a PC soon, if they are not already...
