I am looking for someone who uses Professional File. I recently started using it here at Carnegie Mellon University. I am in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy. I am using it to set up rolodexes for Professors I work for. I am having some problems using it. There has to be some easy way to have it do some of the things I would like it to do. I have some questions, if someone would contact me that uses it. Some of the quesions are: Is there a way to change the margins to print labels. I print the labels on the laser writer, but I cannot get them to line up correctly to fit on the labels. When preparing it to print, it goes through the process of checking if the label length is alright, it brings up an error (for example, for record 92) is there a way to find out which address in the roledex is record 92? I have sorted the addresses to print alphabetically, is there any way to have them in the file alphabetically or will it stay exactly in the way I input them into the machine? I have some more questions, just on the basic use of Professional File that if someone is familiar with the software it may be easy for them to answer the questions.
