We just sent our manual to Atech <Publisher's PowerPak> to support our 8510S, but the following I copied from one known to be configured as 9600,8,1,N DTR device. Try this; SW1 CLOSED 2,5,7 SW2 " 7 SW21 " 4 SW22 " 4 SW23 " 1,4,6 SW2X are found in the rear, and are a pain to get at. All of mine were 8 bit switchs except one of the SW2X's. The C.Itoh 8510 are good devices, but they weren't very popular with PC's. Hard to find support from off_the_shelf software. jamie
