[comp.sys.ibm.pc] EEMS boards

I'm running Desqview, and have reached the conclusion that I need more
memory for it. I have a 12mhz 286 based AT, for which DV recommends
getting an EMS 4.0/EEMS memory board. My memory right now is 640k base
    with 384k extended.

I think that in another year or two that I'm going to go to a 386

based machine (not SX). Would it be possible to use this memory board in a
16 bit slot on the motherboard (provided I bought an AT bus machine). Is
it possible to do so? (I'm really not concerned about the performance
trade offs). Will the board have to be configurable as Extended memory
    for me to do that?

Does anybody have any suggestions on a particular board to buy? Any
suggestions on configuring it with DV? (It's hard to figure out what
the DV manuals are saying when you don't have an actual board or board
	manual to refer to... :-)
