There's been a lot of net talk about specific hard drives, but what poor slobs like me need is a list of what's good and what to avoid. I'm offered a Microscience HH-1050 drive, but I don't know how to find out if it's any good. I'd appreciate comments about that drive. In addition, if you'd like to send me your list of good and bad drives, with perhaps a one-line comment on each, I'll compile and post them.
