Please do not post personal messages such as the following one to the whole
net; this message should have been sent directly to the interested party and
probably cost the net a lot of money.  We have begun to see personal notes 
such as the following one occasionally from BBS networks such as this one from 
QNet.  I assume it is due to innocent ignorance, so please read 
news.announce.important for the Usenet rules and etiquette before posting 
anything else to the net.  Thanks in advance.

P.S.  I actually tried to send this message to Victor Kamutzki but it bounced.
      I realize that I am violating my own statements above, but chose to do so
      with the hope that the few others who have been posting such personal
      messages will see this and stop.
