Short memory, Mr. Cramer? Before the IBM PC was a useful system, I
wrote an inventory control program in dBase II on a CP/M machine for a
medium-sized business. IBM did not invent the business PC market.
Hell, I'm only 24, and I remember that much!

I didn't say that IBM invented it; I wrote an accounting system on
a Radio Shack computer at the time the IBM PC came out.  What I did
say was that relatively few companies were prepared to risk their
precious records on the microcomputers that were in common use before
then -- and frequently, with good reason.
