I recently had to replace the Panasonic 1.2Meg floppy that came with my
Leading Edge D2 with a Toshiba drive (the original's head was damaged).
Now, when I first read a disk, it works, but when I change floppies and
try to access the new one, I get a 'General failure reading drive a:'
message. When I reboot, I get an invalid setup error, but the disk
works (until I change disks as above). Any idea what's going on here?
The setup is okay when I check it after boot.
