I am looking for a graphics library for C (preferably for MSC) commersial/ shareware or what ever (source avalibel prefered) that can do pull down menus, have mouse support, normal set of graphics primitives and if possible beeing able to load and display PCX files (or some other defined standard tiff/gif).
