I'm posting this for a friend.

He wants to install an Intell 386 board in his Hyndai(sp?) XT turbo 16
with 640K, he presently has 1 MB of extended memory.

The questions are:

1) Can the 386 use the memory on the board with extended memory or does
the memory have to be on the 386 broad to be used?

2) How will this change affect the hard disk, if at all?
