Can anybody point me to port of Larry Wall's PATCH program, preferably with
source. I found one on a BBS that was binaries only, and came with a
version of diff that produced context diffs, a version of ed that I haven't
really tested, and patch. I made a fairly simple change to a source file,
produced a context diff (so far so good) but when I fed the patchfile in,
it bounced every hunk of code. When I then looked at the source file, it
was totally destroyed, with garbage inserted all over the place (not
just near where the patches should have been).
