[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Looking for maps in AutoCAD, .PCX or similar format

I am looking for the following: 

   1. A source for maps of the Toronto area in a format usable by
      AutoCAD software running on MS-DOS.  I have heard of software that
      will convert .PCX format files to AutoCAD.  Has anyone out there
      used it?

   2. A way to scan maps and satellite photos, 24"x36" and larger onto
      the same format as above.  Are there any companies out there who do
      this sort of thing?
