[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Mother board memory check on a WYSE AT - need

I desperately need a program that will allow me to check the integrity on the 
memory chips on my WYSE 2200-8 AT compatible.  

A previous posting of mine went unanswered ... PLEASE can someone give me pointers to a program !!!!! 

(I DO NOT have FTP access)
