I liked TRON. It reminded me of "The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T". I think its a case where liking it or not just depends on whether its imagery connects up with your own. A recent sci-fi digest contained a lot of interesting observations on TRON. I thought TRON contained an existential message (there is no higher order), as opposed to STII and Star Wars which are basically theistic. I liked the inner space representation. It may seem utterly fanciful, but remember that our own inner space is constructed of voltage spikes travelling along nerve fibers. I noticed that "Moebius" was given some sort of concept credit. I liked the airbrushed light-cycles. There were credits for an airbrush supervisor and three airbrushers. I thought the bit's yes state was an octahedron and its no state was a stellated icosahedron. To really be a bit it should have always been in one of those two states. Instead it had several resting states. Lew Mammel, Jr. - BTL Indian Hill
