[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Drive Type of Old AT Hard Disk

I have just received an old IBM-AT disk drive.  I need to know what number to 
enter in the drive table again for an IBM-AT.  Here is some information 
concerning the drive:

    Make: MICROTEK (Tandon)
    
    Model:  TM 703
    ASSY:   187700-003
    MLC:  11806  11 
    
I'm not certain whether the drive is 20 or 30 Meg.

Any information, including how to contact the manufacturer, will be
appreciated.
