[comp.sys.ibm.pc] NCSA Telnet w/3Com Etherlink II 3C5

Get the packet.exe file from zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu (128.174.20.50).  It
contains the packet driver source and binaries.  The 3c503 packet driver
is in the package.  NCSA Telnet 2.3beta  works with the 3c503 packet driver.  
The built-in driver still has bugs.
