[comp.sys.ibm.pc] *HELP* really need info on TIFF

Hi folks,

     I have received no info and really am lost.  We very much
need to find out the formats for TIFF and other PC-type graphics
program formats (Windows Paint, etc.).  If you know this info
or if you know where we can look for this, please do send me a
note.
