And sometimes the writers got carried away with the plot (those who have seen know what I'm refering to). My military friends felt that the training camp was well depicted. In general, this is a good movie to take a date to since it does build good emotion and won't leave you depressed when you leave the theatre. A movie like this is really good for leaving your girlfriend in a romantic mood. The acting by the sarge was superb. He really made the movie. I recommend it for those who like to go to a movie for real entertainment. It will accomplish that.
